  • At CeeCee’s Bakery, we believe every family deserves to celebrate with something sweet, no matter their budget. That’s why we created our Affordable Cakes Program offering simple, beautifully made cakes at a reduced price for those in need or nominated by others.

  • We ask for at least 3 weeks' notice for all custom cake orders. This gives us the time we need to design, prep, and make sure everything is just right for your special day. If your event is sooner than that, don’t worry—still reach out! We may have an opening or a cancellation available.

  • For party packages (like treat tables and larger birth day setups), we need 4 to 6 weeks' notice, especially during busy seasons like christmas and summer. The more guests you're expecting, the more time we’ll need to make it all come together smoothly.

  • Yes! While we recommend booking early, we understand sometimes things come together last minute. Please reach out anyway. If we have space in our schedule, we’ll do our best to make it happen. You can also always order treats from our bake shop.

  • Yes. A non-refundable retainer is required to secure all custom cake, treat, and party package orders. This retainer holds your date on our calendar and is applied to your total. We’ll go over the final balance and full details after confirming your order.

  • Sometimes! For larger events or more detailed custom orders, we may schedule an in-person meeting to go over your ideas, event needs, tasting, and expectations. We want to make sure everything is clear before we get started, so you feel confident and excited about your order. All other orders require a phone consultation prior to order confirmation.
